3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charges.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment are not eligible for voucher redemption or rescheduling benefits.

6. Promotions & Offers

• Promotional offers, discounts, or complimentary services on orders above ₹1000 are subject to specific terms and conditions.
